Requirements for a proposed lawful development certificate application

Your plan must follow the below guidelines below:

  • ordnance survey based map at a scale of 1:1250 or 1:2500 with a scale bar
  • up to date and cover a large enough area to locate your application site easily
  • have a north arrow
  • red outline of your application site
  • blue outline for any other land you own
