Safer Food Better Business training

All businesses are required to have a food safety management system. In smaller caterers and retailers this requirement can be fulfilled but using a Safer Food Better Business Pack. Training on the Safer Food Better Business Pack is available. ​

The Food Standards Agency has issued guidance to prevent the spread of E coli 0157:H7. This applied to all food businesses handling raw and cooked food. 2 hour courses are being organised.
