Our estate is diverse and ranges from 12th Century Scheduled Ancient Monuments to 21st Century ​commercial buildings. It is professionally managed, maintained and developed by the Property Management Service.

The team completes a broad range of property related operations: The Asset Management surveyors perform valuations; manage landlord and tenant relationships and deal with acquisitions and disposals.  Our Building Surveyors deliver our projects. These involve either reactive or planned maintenance; procurement and contract administration;  building surveys; and capital projects, relative to refurbishment or new build works; and all aspects of statutory compliance.

Our approach enables our organisation to cost effectively utilise property to enable Gloucester City Council to successfully deliver its services in line with the Council Plan.
